Shipping Policy

Dispatch of product:  Orders will be sent out approx 24 hours from placement of order unless advised. Please note if the order is placed on a weekend then the order will be despatched within 24 hours of the following working day. 

Tracking number: we will issue you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can track it. We do not have control over the freight times and are guided by the carrier. 

International Shipping: Our products and/or shipping fees do not include import fees/charges and/or taxes. All other fees/charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing.
